I have worked as a self-employed thatching contractor for more than 30 years. I have a wealth of experience covering Water (Norfolk) Reed, Combed Wheat Reed and Long Straw styles of thatching.
My aims are to offer an inclusive service to owners of thatched properties. Providing free estimates and roof condition reports, together with detailed specifications for recommended thatching works from general maintenance and re-ridging to complete re-thatching.
To employ the correct, time honoured techniques and the best quality materials, sourced from the most consistantly reliable growers / suppliers in the country to ensure maximim longevity and enhance the visual appearance of my work.
